Welcome to First Grade   Hello families We are now going into Week 3! So exciting :) This coming week will be the last week of October. Just a reminder that we do not celebrate Holidays so please don't bring any goodie bags or treats for the kids and to also refrain from sending Candy after Halloween we appreciate all of you! Literary day is coming up next month so your scholar may dress up as their favorite LITERARY character, please no pop culture and make sure what they are wearing is appropriate as well. Teachers should already have sent home the Veterans day papers if you would like to print out a picture of someone who has served in the military you may send it back to school when completed!   Welcome to 1st Grade   It is Week 8 we are approaching the end of Quarter 1. Parent teacher conferences are coming up so please make sure to sign up to discuss how your scholar is doing in school it is good to check in and see if there are any questions regarding school or your scholar Links will be listed below.  Library cycle A will be going this week so please bring your book this week so they can get a brand-new book :) Also  We have our 1st Poem Recitation that will be happening this week on the 1-2nd of October so make sure you are practicing the motions they will learn on Monday and to project their voice, so they are ready to go.
